About me

Enrique Relucio

Telecommunications Engineer · Business development · Strategic consulting

Professional profile

Sales leadership grounded in business judgment.

I am a telecommunications engineer and have built and led business units in telecommunications and cybersecurity. My experience connects technology services with customers, teams and results: turn technical capabilities into a profitable business.

I have been responsible for developing services, winning new accounts, negotiating, leading teams, and managing profit and loss. That perspective lets me work on sales without losing sight of what a company can deliver or the margins it needs to maintain.

This is the experience I bring to B2B technology companies that already sell and need stronger sales leadership. My service is for CEOs and founders who still carry too many sales decisions themselves: what opportunities to prioritize, how to guide the team and when to intervene.

Experience coordinating sales and technical teams, clarifying responsibilities, and connecting their work to business goals.

Management and profitability
